Now for some important stuff about your privacy and how we'll use your data

We promise not to send lots of emails. There’ll be an 'event notification' a few days before each CRG event (one a week, on average). We may also send other 'promotional' emails about our own activities — e.g. if we hold an Xmas party — or about third-party things that we honestly believe are worth telling you about — e.g. Cardiff council budget consultations (these will be very infrequent).

Rest assured, we will not pass on your details to anyone else (not unless we are compelled to do so by a court order, anyway).

In terms of data protection regulations, we will send emails to you on the lawful basis of 'legitimate interest', as per GDPR Article 6(1)(f). In other words, we will send you emails that further the legitimate interests of CRG. Things like 'notification' emails about events that we organise and 'promotional' emails about the activities of CRG and selected third-party organisations that we believe are worth telling you about. Please also see our full Privacy Policy for more information.
